"We have actually used Mirror Image twice. Once for a sampler and then again for a CD/DVD combo package. We came to Brian with issues on both. The sampler didn't have any art work. We just sent Brian a picture and the copy and his Art Department made a beautiful final product. For our main project we wanted a specific case to hold the CD, the DVD, and the booklet. There was not a item like that available anywhere online. Brian found it and made our final product exactly how we envisioned it.
His location is also perfect. We were behind on our delivery and we had to get it to him on a specific day to meet our self imposed deadline. We finished late the night before and were able to drive it down to him from New York in only a few short hours.
